As part of the celebratory activities for the 35th anniversary of UM, the UM Open Day 2016 was held on March 19, 2016. Activities including international food festival, guided campus tours, student performances, lectures, workshops, and exhibitions were fully scheduled for the event. Honours College also took part in the Open Day and showcased its development and achievement to the public.
On the open day, a booth was set up at the entrance of Honours College. A series of HC student representatives sent out leaflets to guests and visitors and explained the details of HC. On the other hand, HC held an exhibition about the college at the Honours College lobby with senior HC students sharing their treasurable memories and past study aboard adventures to the visitors. At the same time, HC video Gallery displaying study abroad experience, college life, alumni’s updates and promotional video at HC’s multi-function room for visitors to know more about how HC students’ lives were enriched after joining the HC family.
