The Honours College (HC) hosted engaging and dynamic activities at this year’s UM Open Day, held at the University Gallery on Sunday, January 12, 2025. The event attracted a large number of visitors eager to learn more about HC while enjoying interactive activities designed to showcase its core values and academic excellence.
The dynamic activities featured three exciting games, informative consultations, a captivating photo exhibition, and an interactive presentation. Visitors who completed each activity received a stamp, and when all stamps were collected, they formed the shape of the HC Bear.
The success of the event was fueled by the dedication and energy of its student volunteers. Their warm welcome and encouragement created an inviting environment where visitors felt comfortable exploring and asking questions. The day was filled with smiles and laughter as participants eagerly competed in games, learned new insights about HC, and collected their stamps.
Visitors left with not only a deeper understanding of HC but also fond memories of an enjoyable and interactive experience. The HC booths at UM Open Day successfully highlighted the college’s commitment to academic excellence, leadership, and community engagement—values that continue to shape its bright and promising students.
