The University of Macau (UM) 45th Anniversary Open Day was held on Sunday, January 11. The Honours College (HC) featured game booths, photo exhibition, video presentation, and an interactive talk by our HC Student Association (HCSA) at the E1 UM Gallery. Through this series of events, visitors learned more about HC’s core mission, admission channels, and programs.

The atmosphere was exciting and welcoming. After a brief presentation by the current HCSA members, visitors were eager to engage in face-to-face conversations with them. The HCSA members shared their memorable experiences in HC and the advantages of being an HCer, which made the visitors even more interested in joining the HC family.

The UM Open Day not only allowed visitors to learn more about HC but also provided them with the opportunity to witness UM’s advanced facilities and development. Through this event, UM strengthened its connection with the community and attracted more potential students to apply. For HCSA, the event was a valuable opportunity to demonstrate leadership, creativity, and teamwork, while celebrating UM’s 45th Anniversary.
