Short description of project
This research seeks to specifically address the following research questions:

- How salespersons take decisions about making sales calls to customers:
- How do these decisions impacts sales performance outcomes such as sales volume, customer value, and relationship with customers?
- Are there any contextual differences across different industries in China, India, Us, and the Philippines?
- This project attempts to find empirical evidence that support the linkage between sales call frequency , plus call duration and timing between sales calls to outcomes like sales volume, customer relationships.

Internship requirements: i.e. work, practice and training
- Conduct interviews (transcribe and translate to English)
- Assist in doing the literature review- search articles and help to do the write-up
- Help analyze the data: Will be trained to do quantitative research and Help develop questionnaire for the quantities part of the research
