According to the continuation requirements of Honours College Certificate Programme (HC20), HC students have to fulfill the language proficiency requirement by the end of their first year of study at HC. For the students admitted to HC in Academic Year 2023/2024, you are required to submit online score report/result or paper score report of your valid language test to HC on or before the announced deadlines (please refer to the following table). Students are advised to take the test earlier and leave a reasonable amount of time for taking the test again, if necessary. You will receive e-mail from HC when we received online or paper your scores. For type of test accepted and score requirement, please check HERE.

How to submit test scores to HC and deadlines?

Send your score to HC via ETS Data Manager in your ETS account.

Download the official electronic score report (pdf file) from your ETS account and send to HC e-mail: hc.enquiry@um.edu.mo

 Before you take the test, please log in your ETS account, search and select “University of Macau, Honours College” (DI Code 8995) for sending your score report directly to HC. (Please visit ETS webpage for further information)

Important note

  • Please expect at least 6 – 8 weeks for delivery of paper report.
  • This step is for sending paper report by mail only. For sending the electronic report to HC by e-mail, please refer to the “Submission of ONLINE score report/result”.

Important note

HC accepts CAPLE test results as the fulfillment of the language requirement of students in the following programmes only:

  • Portuguese Studies
  • Law in Chinese Language (Daytime and Evening)
  • Law in Portuguese Language (Evening)
  • Law (Conducted in Chinese and Portuguese)

CAPLE test center will NOT send the score to HC, students should send the screenshot of score to HC by themselves. (HC e-mail: hc.enquiry@um.edu.mo)
