On April 13, 2022, the Honours College Student Association (HCSA) co-organised a Latte Art Workshop with the Cocktail And Coffee Learning Society of UMSU (CCLSUMSU).
CCLSUMSU is committed to enhancing students’ knowledge and interest in bartending and coffee, and will hold coffee or bartending workshops regularly. In this activity, students learned the basic theory of coffee, including the types of coffee, origins, and basic coffee knowledge. In addition, students got a chance to try making espresso and latte art.
We hoped this activity would provide students with knowledge beyond textbooks and offer an opportunity for students to relieve themselves from stress after the mid-term examination.
